Have been living here for 10 months, and to start off the apartments are beautiful. The hallways are nice, spacious, and if you live on the ground floor you get 14 ft ceilings, nice spacious living rooms, and our 2a unit has a huge bathroom, which i love. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s fine. There’s a laundry room, not unit, and i like that a lot. Peaceful, the park in the middle is nice. Pool areas are nice, never too crowded. Des and the rest of the staff were all very welcoming and attentive. I could tell the community is maintained well. Very nice amenities that look well taken care of!
Terrible apartment complex it’s practically a dictatorship at this place I’m NOT renewing
My car broke down in the parking garage so I went to the desk and a gentleman named Cal was more than willing to help me out! If i could leave 6 stars I would shoutout Cal give that man a raise!🤞
Can’t wait for our lease to end. We loved living here at first , but now it’s hell living here. From managers being so rude and the minute they have to do their JOBS that they are getting PAID for they throw a whole fit. I’m sorry you have to do your job? I don’t even want an apology from the apartments complex we just can’t wait for the lease to end. Our car got towed apparently for not following cortland policy. No warning or no message just towed it. We all have bills to pay here. Not time to go out of the city to pick up... read more
