Elevators frequently don’t work. as of today 8/26/25 NO elevators are working in entire building. Hallways lights are emergency mode for months. No air conditioning on the 4th floor hallway. Lights in stairwells are off between 3rd and 4th floor. No safety warnings by mgmt. Complaints are “closed” without any resolution. My ceiling has been leaking for over a year I have to cover my furniture to protect from debris .They tow cars for vague reasons and “it’s not up to us” so they have allowed a towing company to “hunt” as wit... read more

The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully maintained. The front office team is easy to communicate with, and are always friendly, professional, and willing to help. Shoutout to Desiree and Amanda! Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. They make the community feel welcoming and well-managed, and it’s apparent they care about residents having clear communication and a good living experience.
