We’ve had Gustavo come help us with a few things around our apartment and he’s been amazing every time. He fixed an electrical outlet issue for us, replaced the water filter in our fridge, and even took care of our faucets while we were out of the country during a week of freezing temperatures. He’s incredibly kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond!

I recently moved here and Like my apartment but my upstairs neighbor has young kids and the stomping is unbearable. Feeling so stuck and helpless because the management said there is nothing they can do
Update: its been a week now(photo added) still no fix. If you're okay with your apartment roof leaking and the management doing next to nothing about it — then this place might just work for you. I reported a roof leak on Saturday. I didn’t expect miracles on a Sunday, but now it's been two full business days with no fix, no attempt at fix, no response to urgent emails, and zero communication, while they sent rent reminders.
