Great experience! We were going to be arriving after the business closed, so I called and the owner stuck around to wait for us, saying he had to clean up anyway. Relieved our stress during a long and weary trip. We could not have been more grateful for him. Will definitely use again.

I used it twice in New York. The service works quite well, and it is very easy to use. The place where the baggage is stored is not always super clean. Also one of the places where I left my baggage was only open until 3pm (on a Saturday), Not a problem for me, as I needed to pickup the luggage earlier, but check the opening time for the storage venue.
