In Oct 2024, this company charged my credit card $100.00. I never used this service and I believe they got my credit card I formation from Stowfly. In october when i went to the stowfly website, i saw a link to Vertoe, thus the connection. After severval emails and a few generic response, they still haven't refunded my $100.00. I'm not going down without a fight!!!

This store settled a 100 USD charge in my credit card bill. I never been in this store before (neither in-person or online). They claim it was due to a security breach. They also said I will be refunded. It was a couple of months ago and so far I didn't receive the money back.

I got charged $100 2 weeks ago even though i used this service once, in August 2023. They say it was a data breach; in any case they store your payment details for all eternity, and can't protect it properly. Still waiting for my refund and not sure it will arrive. Avoid this service like the plague.

Attention, cette compagnie a prélevé 100 dollars sur mon compte sans raison et toujours aucun remboursement 2 semaines après. Ne pas leur faire confiance.
