Bought this not quite a year ago and it has already ripped in two. Very disappointed but that’s why when you hear of sunshades no one is talking about this company. I will never buy from them again and highly recommend no one else does as well.
Bought the six speaker sound bar for my Jeep TJ. Generally poor quality. There are holes drilled in the top that look like someone mistakenly drilled the holes for the speaker attachment there. These holes were then filled with epoxy. The screws don't secure to the roll bar properly. The speakers rattle with the smallest level of bass. The decals fell off immediately leaving me with weak adhesive to try and remove. Definitely the last product I buy from this company.
RecommendedI PURCHASED A JEEP WITH A SOUND BAR AND ONE OF THE DOME LIGHTS WAS INOP, EMAILED THE COMPANY TO PURCHASE ONE AND SEE IF THEY OFFERED IT IN A LED SINCE I NEEDED TO PURCHASE ONE ANYWAY, A GIRL NAMED MADIE EMAILED ME BACK AND APOLOGIZED SAYING THEY DID NOT OFFER A LED REPLACEMENT, BUT SHE WOULD GLADLY SEND ME A REGULAR REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE, I RECEIVED IT YESTERDAY, CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT IS WHAT KEEPS COMPANIES IN BUSINESS, I WILL GLADLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
I bought the vdp end caps for my stubby bumper. First off great overall product but that’s not what won me over. This morning I hit a deer on my way to work. I lost one of the end caps in the collision and only needed the passenger side. A woman named Madie contacted me to get my address and send me one free of charge. To me this outstanding considering all the companies I contacted would not sell me just one but only the pair 70 dollars. I will be looking to buy products from them first for now on after that kind of help.
I bought the full monty cab cover with half doors for my 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK. It didn't even come close to fitting my Jeep. It left about a 2 inch gap on sides, stitching was crooked (making it lopsided), and one of the buckles was sewn in backwards making it difficult to try to fasten. On attempting to return it, I was told it was past the time limit to do so.
