I have mixed reviews The work they did was good, but I paid them upfront for all work trusting them , which I did tell him before they started March 18. They did a good job on what they did, but did not finish all the job we agreed to. Said their truck was broken. After communicating with him he said he would be out.or he would refund the $400 work not done. I am still waiting and still no work completed nor refund. Outstanding on communication. I had a few very challenging trees and was afraid of something getting damaged. My mistake. Because I realized that I hired true professionals. I contacted Vertical Tree Service for the removal of two larger trees that were located near structures based on a recommendation. Brian Gordon gave me a time so he could provide an estimate for their removal and he showed up on time as promised. He provided a quote for their removal that was very fair so I elected to use their services. Brian provided me a time that he could remove them for the following week. Brian and his team are amazing. These are the before pictures of my trees that are in really bad shape. He is going to cut them both down on Saturday. This will be a difficult job because of the other structures that are close to the trees. This will be the 2nd time I have used him and his team. He has really fair prices and they do a great job! I will post the after pictures on Saturday. Thank you Brian and team for all you do!!
These guys know how to take down a large tree safely and efficiently. No damage to the lawn and great attitudes, I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing tree service.
