I tried to schedule an exam and every time I talked to someone the person I spoke to could never give clear instructions on what was needed. They also told me I had to call my insurance and that THEY don't run your insurance which made no sense to me or my insurance provider. Then after running back and forth between my doctor and them for a month because they also kept losing my info they wait 2 days before my appointment to tell me they actually don't do the kind of MRI that I need. The tech at the Hazel Creat location doing the vertical mri was very impatient with me and after 3 minutes of me “breathing too deeply” she abandoned the what was supposed to be an hour long mri. I understand that you cannot move during this however patience and perhaps doing the flexion , extension and rotation part of the mri would’ve worked and been something to have for a dr. I just had the most frustrating call when attempting to get information on booking an appointment at the Hazelcrest location. Someone named Cathy/Kathy answered, and I clearly stated that I needed information on whether my insurance is accepted, as I need an MRI. In a rude tone, she stated that they'd need to verify my insurance benefits, and need an order from the doctor. I patiently said ok great, I already have the order, can I email that to you?
