I just had the most frustrating call when attempting to get information on booking an appointment at the Hazelcrest location. Someone named Cathy/Kathy answered, and I clearly stated that I needed information on whether my insurance is accepted, as I need an MRI. In a rude tone, she stated that they'd need to verify my insurance benefits, and need an order from the doctor. I patiently said ok great, I already have the order, can I email that to you? Her response was no, there is no secured email, only fax. I said ok, well ho... read more
Superior service. Staff is incredible and facility very clean. Calm and relaxed environment with privacy a very hight priority. Highly recommended facility for anyone with anxiety or claustrophobia.
