Dan Neal and his crew are pros in all respects. Dan worked with me to scope and install a 2-story lift in the 1924 Elks building in Wallace, ID. Not an easy retrofit, and it went without a hitch. The coordination and follow-up were top notch. Very happy customers!

They offer a veteran discount. My parents purchased last Sept for split level stairs, costed $9,500. I expect quality parts that would not need replaced in a year with minor usage. By May, seat would fall down because of faulty part. We previously had been told to tighten bolt by company. 8 months after install, we asked them to come out because of issue, they said it shouldn't be falling down and seemed to be a faulty part.
