The team was efficient and put the purple castle exactly where we wanted it. It was a hot day and all of the kids LOVED it! Parents had time to relax and enjoy one another, visiting with family. I would only make one suggestion, that the renter receive text messages of times when drop off and pick up are happening. They did come when we asked, but we did not get confirmations via text communication. It was fantastic fun and we would not hesitate to use this company again in the future. Very pleased. Mary
Great rental, we did a combo bounce house and waterslide and the kids loved it for our 6th bday party.
Rented a bounce castle for my daughter’s birthday, which landed on a Sunday. They gave us the house from Friday to Monday for the one day price! It was here and set up swiftly and removed the same, no issues!
This was our third year using Vertical. They always have items delivered early and set up perfectly. We will continue to use them for summer parties.
Great inflatable. Delivery and setup -takedown was flawless.
