We hired John / Vertical Construction as a general contractor in August 2024 to build a garage addition to my home in Bluffton SC. John failed to pay multiple subcontractors, abandoned the project, and ultimately had to be fired so we could finish the project with another contractor. We had John Jr. and Joe come by and help us take down a wall for our kitchen renovation- we reached out last minute since our countertops go in today and the contractor we had hired called out. Not only were they able to drop everything and come to our rescue, their work was absolutely flawless and they were EXTREMELY generous. I don’t know how to give this company a negative “N” number of stars . Until JOHN pays what he owes me. He HAS NOT PAYED ME FOR A JOB THAT HAS BEEN DONE and a lean on this job is coming for this company. I will make sure the client knows about this lean. The roof for me, “LUNA ROOFING “ IS THE JOB WE DID FOR YOU IS WHAT I TALK ABOUT IN CASE YOU WERE DOUBTING
