We bought from Vertical Homes and our sales manager was Keegan Muth. This was by far one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in purchasing a home. Keegan was amazing and always stayed in contact with us. She knew who to call when we had internet issues, she kept us up on what was happening at our home, and she would come out to the house to let us in to measure spaces. Keegan is wonderful to work with. Her smile lights up the room. Her passion for her work is uplifting. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. She listens to you and then comes up with a way to get you want you want, while making suggestions when necessary to assist you with your decisions. Her goal is for you to be happy and proud of your new home! Keegan is a very special lady! I trust her completely to have my best interest at heart.

We have owned our Vertical Builders home at The Waters at Lake Anna for a year. Our home was a “new build” and Vertical Builders has been a joy to buy a home from. They were accommodating by installing a grab bar in the main shower, high rise toilets, backsplash and encapsulating the crawlspace after the home was built. It is unusual for a builder to modify a home that is already built and ready for the market. We had a few minor repairs after we moved in our home and Tom Inge was outstanding.
