Excellent experience so far with Keegan! The model home is beautiful.
We have owned our Vertical Builders home at The Waters at Lake Anna for a year. Our home was a “new build” and Vertical Builders has been a joy to buy a home from. They were accommodating by installing a grab bar in the main shower, high rise toilets, backsplash and encapsulating the crawlspace after the home was built. Vertical Builders is a top-notch home builder. We found them by accident and what a great accident it has been. From the moment we met Keegan Muth we have been completely satisfied. This company has been a joke since day one working with them. We were given information on the plots they had available. There were 3 non waterfront properties available. They gave my realtor the wrong information regarding the plots. Stating a certain style house was on the lot but when we got there it was a different style house, then was told there was framing being put up in the next lot at which it was not.
