No one answers the phone. It does not matter which option you select at the menu. All there options go to voicemail and they do not return calls. After calling 10+ times I finally spoke to someone, they said I needed to be transferred to the correct dept. Guess what....voice mail. I do not recommend doing business with Vertical Bridge.
I have been calling this company to do business with them for nearly two weeks I have called 6 times today and several times since last week. No one answers the phone.
