Jessica is an incredibly skilled and talented bodywork practitioner! I had some chronic neck pain for years that was feeling a little worse, so I booked an appointment to see her. When I left my session with her, my neck felt better than it had in years! And, perhaps more importantly, the effects have persisted. She even sent some helpful exercises afterwards to help maintain the effects of the session. I'm super happy with Vertical Body Rolfing!

Jessica is intuitive, caring and knowledgeable. I have been to many different massage therapists over the past few decades. Let me just say, I no longer need to search. Jessica has helped open my body, especially my feet and hips, to bring me more freedom of movement, grounded balance, energy flow, and calm.
