Beware ! This place will over charge for products and services with very little knowledge of either. We originally decided to give this place a chance to support local mom and pop shops, but were unpleasantly swindled by the such. Upon installation of our shades, we were not able to open our French doors more than 14 inches!! In addition, their response was "do you want them to look good, or work?" I’m so glad we went to Vertical Blinds Factory in Niles! We worked with Scott ( the owner) and he was extremely knowledgeable and so patient with us. The customer service was bar none. The quality of our Hunter Douglas blinds are top notch. We are definitely coming back to get blinds for the rest of the house.
I had a fantastic experience shopping at Vertical Blinds Factory in Niles. I purchased blinds for my kitchen, living room and dining room. Scott and Ann provided excellent customer service. They were so friendly and knowlegeable about their products. The installer did a excellent job installing the blinds. He showed up on time and was friendly. The work was done fast and he cleaned up when he was done. I would highly recommend Vertical Blinds Factory!!!!
Good company and great products a little expensive but it's all custom work so I get it.
Scott and Ann are a great team. Their prices and service were top notch. They have a great repair service too. Call them.
