V101 was so much fun! I am so excited to start classes. Coach Kelli Jordan was so personable and friendly.
Going into this not knowing what to expect, I had such a good time. Being nervous at first, I left confident, everyone was kind and welcoming. Will go back.
Giving this 2 stars because while the classes are fun and most of the instructors are nice if you have any problems with your account or billing there is nobody to help you. Stopped in on two separate occasions and the people working told me to call when someone else was there but if you call they dont answer the phone. Just seems like a big run around and not being able to actually get help.
My daughter and I came so we could get exercise and build our confidence. I had done a free class a few years ago when my daughter died and I brought this girl back so we could build our lives again. Kelly was an amazing teacher and I hear that she is a new teacher. She has amazing skill. She has an amazing personality.
