Joining this gym has honestly been the best decision I’ve ever made! The community vibe here is unmatched! everyone is so supportive, encouraging, and genuinely happy to see each other succeed. It’s not just about fitness; it feels like being part of a big, positive family. And the best part? The coffee after a session such a perfect way to wrap up a workout and chat with amazing people. Couldn’t recommend it more!
An incredible and inviting place to start or continue functional gym and cross-training within the Burleigh area. The environment fostered by the owners is second-to-none, one of the few gyms which you feel part of a family. Barista in house delivers awesome brews post-workout, also. Great for drop-ins, too.
Wish I could rate this place higher. The staff and other members have made me feel super welcome since moving from interstate. Everyone is friendly and it is such an awesome community vibe. Everyone wants you to achieve your best and have fun in the process. I have met some amazing people through this avenue and I have this place to thank. They make an absolute banger coffee also!!!
Reg, Char and the whole VT team have created a wonderful gym and community environment with such care and thoughtfulness. Plus the coffee is the best on the GC! If you are looking for a gym in Burleigh, this one comes highly recommended.

It’s more than just a gym - it’s a community The programming is top-tier, the coaching is high quality (shoutout to Mitch too!), and the environment just makes you want to show up and give your best. Awesome set up & equipment, even better people - and the coffee? unreal☕️ They’ve truly built something so special - can’t recommend it enough!
