Tyler and his team are second to none! They are professional, knowledgeable and care about their customers satisfaction. They provide quality work at great pricing and Tyler was providing us with updates on a regular basis. Tyler from Vertex did an amazing job with our roof. He helped me through the whole process from working with our insurance adjuster to selecting the most durable and appropriate roofing system for the weather conditions my roof will face. We recently had some concrete roof tiles crack and come off during the recent wind storms. I contacted Tyler at Vertex roofing to see if he could help me repair those tiles. Tyler was very professional and immediately responded, got on the roof, took pictures and gave me a very reasonable quote. We set up a repair date and they were on time and ready to go. I would highly recommend Tyler & his team from Vertex Roofing. Tyler did a fantastic job of staying in touch with me until I was ready to have my roof replaced. They were responsive, courteous and extremely professional! I am in and have been in the building materials/construction industry for over 30 years and Tyler and his team are as good as they get!
I was very impressed with the friendliness and promptness of service I received from the company. They provided a free inspection of the roof to see if there was a potential problem area. They came out the same day that I called and were very professional. I will recommend them to my family and friends who have a roofing need.
