Do not call these people they will take your money and will not come and do the job . Bought a replacement toilet the day after Christmas. They delivered it to me the next afternoon. Professional, persistent, and polite, I would do business with them again.
ALL they had to do was just text me back and tell me they didn't have time to get to my camper for a warranty inspection. But they couldn't even return a simple text telling me just that. Yes I know the request was last minute. I dropped the ball and I'll own that, but all I needed was a response. But they failed to return a text from both myself and my husband. Communication is key and if they can't even do that, I can't trust them enough to do business with period.
Called Vertex and spoke with them about issues I am having with my brand new RV. They came over and got 100% completed in just a few hours as well as spotted a lot of manufacture defects. They took pictures and showed us everything they found. They wanted us to know the issues we could face in the near future. They went above and beyond. Great service, excellent communication and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of our needs
I highly recommend this company. They were great communicators, timely, and thorough with their education.
