Professional young men came into our home to assist with our rodent problem. We informed them of all the things we had tried to eliminate our rodent problem. Sticky traps, bait boxes and poison. They explained what they were doing today. After they saw all the places where we had seen or caught the rodents, they did a thorough and extreme placement of boxes and informed us that if we saw any more mice to call. We are very hopeful that this was the “best” call I made for our rodent problem!! Thanks.
Nice technicians, useless treatment. I paid for both regular and mosquito service and saw zero results — spiders, ants, knot flies, springtails, all still active. When I raised concerns, they offered to “cancel without penalty” like that’s a favor. You get charged, see no improvement, then they say “just cancel.” That’s not pest control — that’s a scam model. Be careful: most good reviews seem to come right after a technician visit, not after actual results. I regret trusting Vertex.
