Vertex off-road custom seat covers worked perfect for my 21 f150! They fit very snug and tight like they came from the ford factory. The customer service was great too answering all my questions and requests I made. If you’re looking for top quality and amazing seat covers I definitely recommend Vertex off road !!

Save your money and pay a little more for katskinz , don’t get me wrong they seem to be pretty good quality, installation wasn’t fun but wasn’t the worst, but when they tell you 4-6 weeks and it takes 15weeks to ship no thank you, not to mention the center console cover didn’t have the cut out for the seatbelt to go through it but no way in hell I was going to call them and wait longer to have them fix it so i modified it myself.
I'm sure this review will be deleted because that is how this company is. Leave a negative review or comment and it gets deleted and if it is on Facebook, you get blocked. I ordered $770 worth of seat covers on May 15, 2025. Today is August 12, 2025 and still no seat covers. Customer service answer has been "any day now" for the last two weeks. But now they say they hope to complete it by August 28, 2025. I have requested a refund, but Vertex Off Road want to charge me 25% of my $770. So I am stuck waiting and waiting. There... read more
I ordered the x factor seat covers for my 2025 chevy and they are sweet. The fit and finish is perfect, and the customer service is top notch. Great people and a hell of a good product thats hard to beat!!!
