I ordered my seat covers on March 18 they advertised a 6 to 10 week lead time. On June 6th I emailed them and said it’s been 11 weeks where’s my seat covers they responded and notified me they had a large amount of orders and behind schedule but production of my custom seat covers should start within the next 10 days. I asked for a refund which they granted saying I should see my refund in 15 to 30 days. TLDR: product never shipped after 6 months, took over 45 days for refund after reporting to the BBB. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving a greatly reviewed product. On 1/5/2025 I purchased Front and rear seat covers for my 2022 GMC Sierra for $770.38. After purchase, a confirmation email automatically sent stating their lead times are 10-12 weeks from date of purchase. On 3/23/2025, 11 weeks, I emailed to inquire about the order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life I would give them negative stars if that was an option I ordered my seat covers back in the end of December 2024 and as of May 30th 2025 I still haven’t received them so on May 30th I requested a refund and it’s no June 23rd and haven’t received my money back. Vertex Off-Road seat covers for my 2025 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss fit perfectly, matching the seats’ exact contours.
