Placed an order with them Nov 26,2025 its now end of January have not heard a word from them. I called and a was told i was supposed to receive last week still have not even received a tracking number. Will update once I get a reply been calling now and no answer

The quality of the the material and craftsmanship in making the seat covers is excellent! The fit of all pieces is perfect and the you tube install videos were very helpful. The ordering process was easy and the communication with Vertex was great! I highly recommend Vertex for your seat covers. My vehicle is a 2024 F250 XLT crew cab tremor.
