I purchased the X-Factor synthetic leather seat covers for my 2026 Ram 2500 in early March 2026. I have reached out to the company 3 times by phone. Only one call was answered in late May, which was well past their 8-10 week delivery time. I asked for the status on my order and they said my seat covers would be sent in a week, which didn’t happen. These seat covers are by far the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone tells me they look factory and don’t realize they are aftermarket. They actually look and hold up better than factory. I got the X-Factor synthetic black leather with the white piping. And as a bonus the customer service was top notch. They actually answered and I got to speak to someone.
Recently just got my third set of seat covers from these guys. Great quality, great to work with. There is a wait but in my opinion worth it. I have had other sets of seat covers that haven’t held up as good from other places. I do recommend having them install them. Highly recommend.
Placed an order with them Nov 26,2025 its now end of January have not heard a word from them. I called and a was told i was supposed to receive last week still have not even received a tracking number. Will update once I get a reply been calling now and no answer
