Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. I notified David about the gate immediately and he had it fixed the next day.

The technician who came to my home wired something incorrectly, which caused a breaker to trip and nearly start an electrical fire. Luckily, I was home and noticed the burning smell in time. I had to shut everything down and call another company. They told me the mistake was so careless it could’ve caused serious damage or injury. I called the original company, furious, and was told “we’ll have someone look into it.” That was a month ago. No one has called me back. This company isn’t just incompetent — it’s dangerous.

I cannot believe how horribly wrong this experience went. It started with a no-show appointment — no call, no text, nothing. I took time off work, waited around for hours, and was completely ghosted. When I finally got a hold of their office, I was told the technician had been “double-booked” and that I’d have to wait another 5 days.
