The A/C stopped working on the Memorial Holiday, I called Vertex not expecting anyone to answer. Juan answered and was at my house within an hour. Today I have a working air conditioner. I highly recommend Vertex was fast and reliable service.
Juan was great. Came out just for maintenance and explained few things we were not aware of. Repair was done shortly after... within a few days.Prices were great and communication on point. We found a new AC co.!
This is the second time in the past year or so that Juan has been out to our home for two different issues. This time he was here within an hour of me calling for a simple capacitor replacement. Juan is always pleasant to speak to and as bonus...he doesnt seem to mind satisfying my curiosity by answering my questions while he works. The repair wasn't cheap but he charged a reasonable price for a project I just didn't have the time to sit down and research on my own.
Juan was great! Very professional and helpful in solving our AC problem!
