This company is unstably managed. After 10 years a client, they shut down an entire email marketing platform with zero prior notice to me. They could not recreate the complete elements of my 13,000-email database. "Your account fell through the cracks" was the reply from Andy Roberts, a co-founder - you can see his email below. No real help, just an empty apology and an offer to charge me $1,450 more to move to a new platform. Vertex Communications has a terrible business model.
