Very disappointed. The windshield they installed is warped. It’s a bad product. It distorts my view, it’s blurry, and there are additional dents on the windshield that look terrible. Further, there is a dent on my car (right next to the windshield) that was not there prior to the installation. I showed the installer the photos and he still denied the dent. Correspondance with both the installer and the original contact was terrible, they were rude in their response about the issues and showed zero effort to improve the situa... read more

I used Vertex Auto Glass (Talal) to replace a rear vent window in my 2001 Lexus RX that was smashed in. This happened on a Friday evening, I texted the phone number around 8:30pm Friday and he got back to be right away. Got a quote over the phone for a new window. Initially, I thought my window glass broke as it abruptly slid down into the door frame, but turned out to be a worn out regulator, upon professional inspection. I also thought it was gonna cost an arm & a leg, but the repair cost was very reasonable! I'm incredibly satisfied with the service. Do not go here. I originally thought I had wonderful service. Glass was replaced in a few hours after a break in. I was relieved & happy. After the job was done they only accepted cash app or Venmo. (I see why now). The wiper was put on upside down, when I went to use the back wiper the cap broke off. They didn’t hook up the wiring properly so my my back gate needed to be recalibrated.
