Many thanks to Trent and the Vertec Roofing team in Canberra. The recent winds blew off a corner of our roof capping and from ground level it looked quite severe. Trent was on the roof within a couple of hours of our (first ever) call, tacked it back into place to prevent water entering and gave us great advice on how we should talk through the issue with our builder given that the roof was still under statutory warranty. Aside from Alyssa, the team here are hopeless in their communication. Delay after delay getting quote after inspection, and delay after delay actually getting the guys out to fix the roof. Not recommended.
