This place helped me immensely. After years of hiding a drinking problem, I sought help and this is where I went. I have no complaints. The staff were great, from kitchen to front desk, to case managers and therapists, and so on. It was engaging, chill, insightful and helped me to assess my issues. Highly recommend.

There is a disconnect with the intake over the phone to the facility once you're there.Upon entry I was strip search with a male nurse present, I was mortified. A blue pad for bed protection if you wet the bed was placed on the floor not sure why but I think they wanted me to stand over it and urinate in the cup like I was an animal. The Bluffs was a good experience overall. They provided a great deal of good information about addiction. They help you develop coping skills for the future. They helped me find my path to recovery.

What can I say? Let’s say I have always been the one to help and give to others. I asked myself so many times over in my haze of alcohol “Where do I go for Help?”. I now know . . . The Bluffs. From top to bottom the staff was professional, courteous, and helpful in my recovery. I unlocked so much knowledge and received so much information on this Recovery journey. Wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout out to the Bluffs team! It takes an army to make a life changing experience, they did not disappoint whatsoever. Sobriety, mental health and the daily experience as well as short and long term care are all the reasons why I chose this campus.
