I don’t recommend this company. Very bad customer service, don’t answer phone calls for months. Don’t provide a rep to service your account. To cancel the service is almost impossible because the lack of customer service and support. Again be careful is many other options available in the same market.
Sebastian Solis is the best representative at Vertafore. He is so knowledgeable and understand our agency needs, made the process smooth! I have always used Vertafore and I am happy to continue doing business with them!
I had issued with my Filing system not opening the documents and called for service because this is what we pay for... So I thought but the help was not as it used to be years ago when they were Quick Files or Quick Quotes. I am not happy with the new services or Tech support...
Horrabile Service they never get back with you, and make false statements.
