I cannot emphasize enough not to purchase this insurance management system. I thought their software was horrible until I tried to get some customer service from Vertafore. I have had issues with their software since the end of March and it is now the middle of Sept. I call about every 3 weeks and they only thing they can say to me is “We are working on it, but I can’t tell you when it will be fixed”. This company may provide some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Stay far away from this company!

Lousy software and the worst support ever. Insurance agents, this is not the client management software you are looking for.
