I cannot emphasize enough not to purchase this insurance management system. I thought their software was horrible until I tried to get some customer service from Vertafore. I have had issues with their software since the end of March and it is not middle of Sept. I call about every 3 weeks and they only thing they can say to me is “We are working on it, but I can’t tell you when it will be fixed”. Lousy software and the worst support ever. Insurance agents, this is not the client management software you are looking for.

As a user of QQ Catalyst for the last two years, our independent insurance agency has been very disappointed. Not only was our conversion from Applied Systems a disaster, the QQ website continues to have problems with their "telephony support" and connectivity. There seem to always be download issues, and the automated email campaigns cannot provide enough criteria filters in many cases to be effective.
