Back in ’04 I herniated a disc while overseas and the military didn’t really seem to care… “push thru the pain” (pic attached). You can also see I have a lumbarized S1, which makes things more complicated. I came to Vert Chiropractic after two and a half decades of beating up my body while working for the military. In my 70+ years on this planet, I’ve never experienced care for my overall health as I have since I found Dr. Marum and his wife and partner, Virginia. Not only am I moving better, but I’m strength training again. Virginia is a complete wealth of nutrition and loves to share her fermented food starters. They frequently offer free classes on any topic their patients are interested in. Visits to their clinic are like seeing a good and trusted friend who only wants the very best for you.
