Went for my bday was so excited to try a diva cut bc I have natural curls and my hair when I left looked like I had air dryer it out the shower for $140 I expected to leave there looking like I had my hair done like what I saw in the videos. I want to share my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation. I paid $645 upfront for the Curl Journey Package. Unfortunately, I had to move and couldn’t continue the services — but when I reached out to ask about a refund for the unused portion (which is around $400), I was told it’s non-refundable. Alé is AMAZING!! I got a little scissor happy when I was cutting my dead ends over the weekend and used a color depositing shampoo that ended up way more red than brown. I was in desperate need of a professional and Versus was one of the only salons open on a Monday and they had appointments available.
