I truly wish I had read reviews prior to my experience. I had a moment where I thought “did I review this place and forget”? My experience is much like the others. The cut was good but color was AWFUL. One, matching an existing color shouldn’t be hard and certainly shouldn’t take a half hour of discussion to figure out. And yet it did. I sent my daughter for a curly appointment. She came home with absolutely no curl definition and product sitting on top of her hair. With further inspection, her scalp wasn't even dry. That's a no no to send someone out with a wet head. She was so i shock she didn't even know what to say. I have pics and they are horrible. I don't know what professional stylist would be able to hold a license with this work. The worst!!!

Michelle! Thank you for your time and service! I was extremely tired and I know I fell asleep during most of my appointment, but I was will taken care of! :) All products smelled phenomenal as always. I last visited years ago when the salon first opened, so when the military brought me back in town, I immediately booked the only place I trust with my hair! Thanks as always and may you continue to prosper!
