The lady at the front desk is phenomenal!!!! She is a rock star!! The people loading the truck are idiots !!! To say the least. Almost 38,000 lbs on the drives ! I had to drive with the trailer’s axe all the way back and risk an over bridge ticket. Why can they ask ?, if they are new employees, ask the driver how he or she would like the truck loaded- it’s very simple
