I have a new reconstruct after a fire, I have water coming in under a wall. The drains for the run off are above the concrete grading so watet stands by the drain. Or runs back into the homes. I have pictures. I have no main run from the transformer to my home. The builder removed the fireplaces from the floor plan. There's no sprinkler system, landscaping or lawn.
