Walked in today, didn’t receive a greeting, was not acknowledged the whole time I was in the store. Customer service needs improvement.
Versona has always been one of my favorite stores. No matter which state I travel to, I always make it a point to visit a Versona to see what's new. Today, during my trip to Norman, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a Versona located in the University Town Center. What made the experience even more delightful was Ms. Tammy — she was genuinely kind, friendly, and enthusiastic, creating a truly enjoyable shopping experience for me. This visit has made me love Versona even more!
The employee lied and manipulated to get my phone number and email. I outright refused and I was told I had to give information in order to be able to run my debit card. “For security purposes”. It felt super sketchy given I used to work for this company and this definitely was not the case five years ago. Lord and behold, I’m getting spammed with emails now. Don’t buy from here! I purchased a pair of jeans. The snap broke in 3 places. Because it happened 60 days after purchased, they would do nothing. No store credit. Nothing! They do not stand behind their merchandise! I won’t be back!
