Staff members are friendly, courteous, professional and make sure you are comfortable during the donation process. Good snacks and place is clean! Highly recommended over the other donation organization.

My experience today was very disappointing. The staff member who was supposed to draw my blood was unfriendly and unprofessional, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Worst of all, she refused to draw my blood simply because of my language. She did not allow me to use my translator app, just said “no,” and gave me no chance to communicate — even though my blood was drawn without any problem on my previous visit. I've been donating blood and plasma the last 15 years, and their phlebotomist at one of their drives just about retired one of my veins with how bad her stick was, all because she couldn't follow simple instructions.

I had such a great experience donating blood here. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff was friendly, and the phlebotomists were amazing. I didn’t even feel the needle! The entire process was smooth and comfortable, and the donation chairs were super nice. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for all my future donations.
