Defective Installation by a Versico Authorized Contractor. Warranty Denied Using Wind Data from Nearly 2 Miles Away. In 2018, we purchased a 15-year Versico Total Roofing System Warranty for our commercial property in Colorado Springs, CO. The roof was installed in 2017 by Versico's own authorized contractor, Colorado Front Range Roofing. Just finished training with Greg Tate and Vincent Anceravage in Sikeston MO. I can’t say enough on how exceptional these guys are! I came in there as a residential roofing consultant and not knowing what they were even talking about but they taught me so much! Greg taught the class work on something specific ( which I had no clue of what he was talking about day 1) then on to Vincent, the hands on training. They both complimented each other greatly! Don't walk away, run. The company cannot be trusted to honor its NDL warranty. Versico misrepresented the NDL warranty for my TPO roofing project multiple times, and has engaged in unethical (to say the least) business practices at every turn - from its sales rep up to its senior management, Versico is a rotten company. During the bidding phase of my project, the Verisco rep came on site and confirmed to me that my project was eligible for the 25-year NDL warranty. This was communicated both verbally and in writing.
