DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased a pair of heated glovesfor $ 79.00 returned for a refund, on web site said it takes 2 - 4 weeks to process refund after they receive product back, USPS confirmed gloves were delivered Dec 29, it is now Feb 26, still no refund have tried to contact numerous times no one ever answers. I will never buy anything from this company again.
This company does not reply to either online or phone customer support. I purchased a pair of $118 heated gloves, one glove stopped working after two weeks. I tried contacting them multiple times and they have never returned my calls or answered via email. I plan to report them.
The only true Electrology is a electrologist with a sterile proble that is put exactly down to the bottom of the hair follicule. Do you think a battery and some gel (ha,ha) will permanently kill your hair? Then let me tell you some million dollar land sales for $99.
