Couldn’t recommend the team at Versed Pools enough. I shopped around a bit to get an idea of the cost to replace my salt water chlorinator and filter for my above ground pool and got the best bang for buck from the team. About 18 months ago I had a pool filter supplied and installed by Versed Pools. I was provided with paperwork stating that the filter had a 10 year warranty. When the filter recently developed a crack I was informed by them that the 10 year warranty only applied to the filter and the labour component only had a 12 month warranty. This had never been conveyed to me in any of the paperwork they gave me before or after installation. Versed Pools brought my 20 year old spa back to life. Aaron thoroughly checked my spa and had it operational within its first service. A pipe, filter and shell clean followed. He also spent time with me as a new user going over the weekly and monthly chemicals required to keep the spa pristine. He was knowledgeable, quietly hardworking, clear at communicating spa requirements and answered all my questions. Greg and Anna are amazing, I have Greg servicing our spa each month and he is always thorough and able to answer any questions that I have. He recently replaced our spa heater with no problems. I always purchase all my spa supplies from their shop in Queanbeyan and Anna has always been so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Greg and Anna for all your pool and spa needs.
