Kyan Thomson is a great real estate agent. I had him do an appraisal for me as I am looking at selling my property next year. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Unlike other agents he was not pushy and abrupt. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an authentic agent who cares about his clients and would strive in achieving the best outcome for them. Very refreshing. We purchased a house in Bentley from Julian Leach. His depth of experience shows, he is so easy to deal with, straightforward and clear. From the vendor’s point of view I think he understood their goals, he created competition and there were 4 offers on the day of the first home open! Chanelle then coordinated inspections for us.
