I own a property next to a property managed by Sophia Crunkhorn at this company. I have emailed and phoned her (left a voicemail) about an issue at the property she manages, which is impacting my property, and she doesn't answer her phone or return calls/emails. I have attempted to phone the main office but unfortunately there is no option you can choose where you speak with a person, I have tried all of the options and it goes straight to voicemail.
