Do not do business with this company! I took the day off. I was to get 2 deliveries for my order. 1st truck was a flatbed. And had no issues delivering to my FULLY ACCESSIBLE house and road. 2nd truck REFUSED to deliver because of what he claims are low power lines. My house was delivered in 2 different pieces with zero issues, the county would not have let us put the house in that location if ot was not accessible to emergency services. We had to pay an extra $300 in order yo have a differant driver deliver.

Ordered a 12 X 20 carport from this "fine" company last year. Emailed 6 times asking for recommendations for an installer, never received a reply. So last week after the box sat unopened for quite awhile I sourced my own people to do the job. As they got to the end of the project it was detected that I was shorted 2 sheets of siding to finish. Contacted Versatube and they sent me a quote for 183$ for the missing items and a 150$ fee to deliver them. I can buy the siding at a local store for 50$ They were totally unwilling to... read more

Not a good diy project .better have several strong persons.good luck getting the vinyl edge trim to hold in place. Instructions are lacking. I do not recommend this product.

Horrible. Measure a vehicle to fit. Then come to find out its "over hang" that gives you the extra feet. Not actual car port. Directions are awful. Do not give you clear instructions on what panels go where. Waist of money.
