I purchased a new horse trailer from Versatile Trailer Sales. On the SAME day as i took delivery, I experienced THREE flat tires on the way home from their location (no fault of my own). Fortunately, I did not have an accident on the highway, which could have killed someone.When i called and told the owner what happened, he told me to put rocks under the trailer to jack it up. The woman at the desk is very pleasant to work with! She was fast in preparing my paper work so I could get to my next job site and she said I could come back later in the day to pick my trailer up if I needed because I had to get to a job! The sales man was polite but did walk away from me twice to get something in another room with out excusing himself which I did find a little rude since I was the one talking as he was walking.
