Hands down excellent service - second to none!! From the initial quoting period to the construction/build of the shade sail, we were constantly informed of the progress. Very professional, well-oiled team who were easy to deal with and who provide a high-quality service and product.
Contacted business on two seperate occasions. On both occasions advised that someone would return my call. Waited 3 days for my return calls and nothing, quite unprofessional from front of house which doesn’t fill me with confidence moving forth with Versatile Structures. Lost my business!!!
The team from Versatile Structures built and installed a number of large sails over 2 sides of our back patio area. The service we received from the moment we contacted them was professional, friendly and efficient. The installation went smoothly and the installing team were great - very respectful and cleaned up after themselves (not something we've always experienced with other tradesmen).
