We had an upgrade and Versatile Renovations knocked it out of the park!! Josh was incredible and worked so hard to give us what we wanted and went over the top with extras. And as a cherry on top, we have no clean up after they left. We absolutely love our new-old home!

I recently hired Versatile to renovate my ensuite. While most of the workmanship was satisfactory, I experienced several issues with the planning and quoting process. During the estimate, I was told the shower would be 36” square, but the completed stall actually takes up 40”, which now protrudes into my small bathroom and leaves no room for a towel bar at the end of my cabinet. Versatile Reno has the best team . Sam, Evan and Josh were truly very professional, organized, and extra helpful in guiding me along the way of my recent bathroom Reno that is almost complete. They sure have done more than a perfect job and I certainly would recommend this amazing team to anyone wanting to have a wonderful remodeling of their bathroom. I'm so pleased with the service from Versatile. Josh was very professional in letting me know that my leaking taps may correct themselves in the spring. He installed two shut off valves for the outside water and said if my taps are still leaking in the spring he would come back and replace them as they are quite expensive. He also removed an old water filter system that we didn't use. The overall experience was exceptional and Josh was very tolerant of my pups. Thank you Josh!!
