Mark was great to work with!
Terrible service and person! Didnt cover the work that he did and barely met the inspection requirements and refused to go back and fix the problems that he should have done in the first place! NEVER buy anything from this company! I wish I could post no stars!
Buyer beware no matter what this business is calling themselves (Elite Custom Homes, Versatile), this is a small example of the quality of work that can be expected. They do a great job of trying to hide who they are. Matthew Senftner is his real estate agent, so if he is the agent I would make sure to ask who the builder is.
