Had an issue with the furnace motor Which died on coldest day -20 /-30 C and the house was freezing. Nik made effort to reach back immediately with a message/ phone call, even though it was later during evening and was at the property first thing in the morning diagnostic and inspection and motor replacement all completed and provided honest advice and best suggestions for future resolution so This does not occur again.
