We ordered a Model 24 with corded remote and installed it this weekend in our walk-up attic in the detached garage we built last summer. Getting the Versalift was the best decision I could make and well worth the money. Now I don’t need anyone to help me take down my seasonal decorations or bring them up. I’m now able to really utilize my attic space. Love it!
