Sloppy work. Rushed. Would not recommend
As a owner of a 20+ truck snow plowing company, I can honestly say I don't care if it was a blizzard, I wouldn't buy a thing from them. This is the first review I've done on a company . I've never seen such bad customer service. I bought a Boss plow I'm 2021 from them, there was a bad batch of headlights in certain model years which was confirmed by the main specialist at Boss Snow Plow. I have emails and messages confirming that. They acted like i was lieing and wouldn't give me the headlights. Still trying to figure it out... read more
