Really nice place to rent from. Diamond was an excellent sales host. Extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable as well.
This was a great first home to us in Chicago and I am thankful to have found them. The only reason for 3 stars. I don’t think the price increases are worth it here anymore though. You only get AC from May1 to Oct 1 bc of a city ordinance no matter the temp. Apartments were outdated. But they spent millions on the parking lot and a new community building when I think they could have put more into these apartments updating them. I’ve been living at Versailles on the Lakes in Oakbrook Terrace for almost 3 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. One of the biggest highlights for me has been their amazing maintenance team—they’re always quick to respond and incredibly thorough. It’s clear they take pride in keeping everything in top shape. I have to say that Joseph and the office staff have been so kind and accommodating that the move was almost a pleasure. The unit was in perfect shape when I moved in and the management has kept us informed of all activities going on in the site. They are completely renovating the club house and it is going to be beautiful when they are done.
