Air condition has been broken in our building for the last week. During this 100 degree heat index. They need to order a part. And will arrive went the temps fall back into the mid 70s. A smart business would have all the parts in stock in case somthing like this happened. And not take a week to order. the movie theater. It was broken for 2 years. He’s especially helpful, friendly, and makes sure everything gets taken care of smoothly. I really appreciate how reliable and professional he is — definitely someone you can count on!
My wife and I have been at Versailles for two months now, and are having a great experience! The community is beautiful, amenities are fantastic, and everyone we’ve met has been kind and welcoming. We are having a great experience at Versailles on the Lakes! The fountain view we have is so beautiful and adds a zen like experience to our stay. We also enjoy the clubhouse thoroughly. The gym and studio are so helpful to have close by! The staff fixes whatever we need so quickly as well. We also greatly appreciate our leasing consultant Samira Torres. She has been super helpful with finding our apartment, and then after our move in she has supported us with all of our needs very quickly. Definitely recommend Versailles on... read more
