TLDR: Good location but nothing else is worth the price. Look elsewhere. I lived here for just over three years with my husband and we wanted to like this apartment more than we did. The location is good but the day-to-day living experience doesn’t match the price or the “upscale” image that’s advertised. Rent increased regularly, yet nothing improved in terms of amenities or maintenance when we lived there from 2022 to 2025. Communication from management is poor.
