The girl that answers the phone and works the front desk is highly rude. I would not recommend this location. I was charged $25 because my husband did not want the foot massage portion that came with the Groupon offer. We felt uneasy due to treatment from front desk staff but decided to stay since our money was spent. She then forcefully told us a tip is required or we couldn’t leave. However, the couples massage was nice.
The static of the venue was nice the ambiance for the massage area had a comfortable and settled feeling. I reserved a couples event. The massage was amazing to the touch and detailed, for me being plus size was great.
Truly awful customer service. I was perplexed and frightened, I have never been treated like this, not even by people who don’t like me. I am always kind to everyone and I felt very uncomfortable with the front desk girl had the worst attitude, at first I tried to sympathize and understand life happens and she was having a bad day. I rarely write reviews, but this time I can’t stay silent. The receptionist was very rude—from the moment I called to make an appointment to the way she greeted me in person. Before I left a tip at the end, she was not nice at all. If you’re coming through Groupon, be aware that the back is not included in the 60-minute massage. You’ll need to pay an additional $15 for it. The extra $15 for the back does not increase the massage time. You will get exactly the same duration. The place was nice, but a bit cold.
