So I live basically next to it and these buildings are horrible. Someone was killed than thrown over the ledge. Someone beat their parrot to death. And my father who live next to this building says that for the past 30 plus years there has been this woman who causes out her birds chokes them and hurts them. So do not live here and if you do please report her to animal control and the police. We need to have action against this woman who has abused her parrots. So report her and do not live here
