I’ve had two appointments cancelled by this salon at the last minute in the span of a few months. The first time I understood as they said the stylist had an emergency. The second time (3 hours before my appointment mind you) I received a call saying the stylist I had booked with was no longer available and was offered another stylist to which I agreed, but when the receptionist asked me to come in earlier to “accommodate” them I had had enough! I had such a great experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and felt so comfortable—the entire staff was friendly and kind. I got my balayage and haircut done for the first time ever, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Waniya was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing. Got my hair styled this weekend by Neel, absolutely loved it! She was also very accommodating by taking me super early on a long weekend as I was a bridesmaid for a wedding. Would come back to Neel 100% love her work!!
