I wish I could. As many of you can relate, I get tons of emails and I happened to miss a 20% off coupon. I contacted Kellie at sales/ customer service and she told me that I would have to wait till the next coupon and that I was bullying her by telling her that it would be good business to honor the offer 6 days later.
